Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza, born on June 26, 1984, is an actor and comedian known for her witty humor. She is the character April Ludgate on Parks and Recreation. She made her debut in the Jeannie Tate Show the web-based series, after performing sketches and improv comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. She continued her career with guest appearances on Funny People by Judd Apatow and Scott Pilgrim, vs. World. Make sure to celebrate her birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza (born in Wilmington, Delaware) is the daughter of Bernadette Plaza, who is an attorney by profession, and David Plaza a financial consultant. She has Puerto Rican parents and an English-Irish mother. Plaza went to the Catholic girls' school from 2002 to 2006. She then attended in 2006, she enrolled at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York University. In high school she was President of the Wilmington Drama League and her student government at her school. When she was at the end of her second year in college Plaza had a stroke that caused her to suffer from expressive aphasia, as well as a prolonged period of paralysis. The patient is fully recovered. Plaza is a regular performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, New York City since 2004. Additionally, in New York City, she has been performing stand-up comedy in stand-up comedy at The Improv and The Laugh Factory. Plaza was a character on Robin Gibney on E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street. She also appeared as Robin Gibney on The Jeannie Tate Show. In CollegeHumor Troopers, she portrayed an satirical character from science fiction called The Princess. Plaza was first seen playing saxophone alongside Cassorla's Bona Fide. But she was first heard in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings from 2012. HarmonQuest, in 2016, was a show that featured Plaza with the character of Hawaiian Coffee. The following year, she was Aaron Burr on Drunk History and Cat Adams during Season 11 C.B.S. television series Criminal Minds. She made a triumphant comeback to the role in Season 12. In the following year, it was announced that Plaza would appear in the indie film An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn.
