Candice King is an American actress who gained the stardom status playing the role of Caroline Forbes in the super hit CW show The Vampire Diaries. Candice King first began her acting career in early 1990s as a musician. The innocent ones in United States was her debut album that was released in 2009. She wrote twelve of the 14 songs on the album. She was simultaneously working on her acting skills as well as being a guest on two TV series, one of which was How I Met Your Mother. Although her acting career was well, the breakthrough was not able to come to her until she was spotted in the CW series The Vampire Diaries. In a matter of minutes, the show brought her into the spotlight. Candice's acting performance was praised for its excellence. Her role was reprised for the show's 171 episodes over eight seasons. The actress also played her role in The spin-off show The Originals in 2018 and Legacies in 2021.
